How do I find my track size?

It is normally stamped on the inside edge of your current track, in the form width x pitch x links — for example 450x86x60. If it is worn off, give us your machine make, model and serial and we will look it up.

What is a guide type, and why does it matter?

The letter in a size like 400x86Bx52 is the guide link type. Some sizes exist in more than one guide. The tracks look similar and will physically mount, but the wrong guide can de-track the machine under load. If your machine is one of the affected models we will say so and confirm by serial before shipping.

Which tread should I choose?

It depends on the ground you work on. C-Block rides smoothest on concrete and hard pack. Zig-Zag self-cleans in mud and is the most versatile. Multi-Bar gives the most pull in loose dirt. X-Terrain resists cuts in rock and demolition. If you are unsure, tell us the job and we will recommend one — including a cheaper option if it is the better buy.

Do I need to replace tracks in pairs?

Usually yes. Mismatched wear between sides puts uneven load on the undercarriage and can pull the machine off line. If one track failed early from damage rather than wear, a single replacement can make sense — ask us.

Should I replace undercarriage at the same time?

Worn sprockets and seized rollers will chew through a new track. If your sprocket teeth are hooked or your rollers are not turning freely, replace them with the track. It costs less than doing the track twice.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within one business day. Freight transit is typically two to five business days depending on distance.
