Warranty

Every rubber track we sell is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

• Separation of the steel cord from the rubber carcass
• Manufacturing defects in the lugs, links or guide blocks
• Premature failure not attributable to machine condition or operation

What is not covered

• Cuts, punctures and impact damage from jobsite hazards
• Wear from normal use, including lug wear-down
• Damage caused by worn sprockets, seized rollers or misaligned undercarriage
• Damage from running the wrong guide type or an incorrect track size
• Over-tensioned or under-tensioned tracks

How to make a claim

Send us the machine make, model and serial, the track part number, approximate hours on the track, and clear photos of the failure. We will review it with the manufacturer and come back with a decision.

Undercarriage components and attachments carry their own manufacturer terms, which vary by part. Ask us before ordering if warranty length matters to your decision.
